About My Clients

I feel called to collaborate with children, teens, and young adults looking for a safe space to process anxiety, grow self-confidence, and explore goals for the future. I am also honored to hold space for those experiencing grief, women, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community looking for someone who can empathize with what they are going through and offer hope for the future.

My Background and Approach

I graduated in 2024 from National University earning my MA in Counseling Psychology. I also completed my undergraduate studies in 2021 at CSU Sacramento, earning my BA in Psychology . I have a deep love for and knowledge of psychology which shapes my approach, often incorporating psychoeducation to support clients in understanding their own minds better. I am passionate about the power of alternative therapies such as play therapy, inner child work, and art therapy. I am happy to be training to earn my Art Therapy Practitioner (ATP) certification. At this time I am accruing hours toward full licensure, working under supervision in a private practice setting. I also have experience working for a non-profit providing counseling to diverse populations which has allowed me to grow my perspective. While I am young in years and in practice, I make this a strength by remaining culturally in touch and constantly learning.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that people are communal creatures by nature. Everyone deserves to feel seen and understood by another human being, in our world today it can be increasingly difficult to find. My goal is to be a lighthouse for you in times of need, just one point of light can make a big difference in safely getting where you want to go. In my personal and professional lives I am proud to advocate for women's rights, the LGBTQIA+ community, and am neurodiversity-affirming. I believe we all have incredible inner strength and beauty within us, sometimes we just need some support in recognizing and growing it. Through therapy, we can learn to balance grace and accountability to achieve mindfulness. I believe you deserve hope, healing, and happiness.
