We help you by working collaboratively with the client to then create an individualized treatment plan. We believe in integrated, inclusive and individualized treatment. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in everyone deserving a safe, warm and inviting space to be their most vulnerable to work through past traumas or current anxiety and depression. I value Mindfulness as an important tool inside and outside of therapy. I have struggled through different life transitions and I found it so helpful through my own therapy to process these events and find unbiased guidance. Life can be hard, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. We are passionate about helping clients to work toward their healing and developing tools for continued success. Our goal is to create an environment that is a safe space to process, learn, heal and grow so that you feel confident outside of session to manage and improve life's challenges.
