My Background and Approach
In our sessions, you will find freedom from your anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma or eating disorder. You will gain clarity, release negative self talk, forgive others and yourself. You will learn how to effectively communicate with others. Most importantly, you will develop a meaningful life despite inevitable challenges. Our therapists use a variety of techniques including CBT, DBT, ERP, EMDR and more! We want you to know, we have been where you are and know what it's like to be struggling and stuck. This allows us to create authentic relationships with my clients. You are the expert on your life; our job is to support you and empower you to meet your goals. Living a fulfilling life is possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At Therapy for Women, we believe effective therapy starts with an authentic connection with your therapist. That is why we hire therapists who have personal experience in therapy and dealing with the same struggles that they specialize in. This allows you to feel comfortable when you are digging deep in sessions. We have therapists of different races, backgrounds, gender identities and sexual orientations, each with different specialities. We know we have the perfect match for you!
