I know the pain of feeling hurt, feeling unheard, misunderstood, or judged. But I also know that there is living after that. I believe you are stronger than you think and that you hold the power within yourself to overcome any situation. My Background and Approach
I counsel teens, young adults, and parents who are dealing with life changes, traumas, depression, emotional regulation concerns, and the LGBTQ+ population as a whole. I help clients navigate conflicting emotions and the pain from past experiences. Though ultimately, I believe in my clients’ capacity to fully trust themselves and move toward a more fulfilling life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I see you and I hear you. I want you to know that it’s okay to feel the way you do. Even if others tell you different, it’s okay to be you. Everyone has the ability to form a meaningful life and make necessary changes despite their past experiences. When you feel lost, I can help you untangle the mess and learn new skills to help you move forward. Remember, You are never alone.
