As a parent you want what's best for them and want them to be confident in who they are, giving them the skills to cope with whatever life brings. I work with you and your teen to reach your goals, by creating a trusting relationship while giving them tools.

I facilitate insight so that teens can grow awareness of their feelings, thoughts, needs and empower them to express these in a healthy and appropriate manner. I am also experienced in treating trauma through specific techniques to help you find relief.
