My approach to therapy is to be direct, collaborative and transparent. I really value building a warm and trusting working relationship. I emphasize using evidenced based treatments in therapy so you know you are getting a scientifically based treatment plan. After learning about your struggles, I provide psycho-education so you can better understand your symptoms and have language to communicate your experience.
