About My Clients

You’re probably feeling stuck in the same pattern. And, finding support can be overwhelming: maybe you’ve never had a queer therapist, or someone who you felt like could really get your experience. You really want to cultivate a great relationship, and you really care about your partner(s). Relationships are hard, and, you have the addition burden of navigation oppression just for being you.

My Background and Approach

When I work with couples and relationships, I am passionate about supporting you in breaking the cycle of conflict, having the sex life of your dreams, tending to old hurts, and cultivating trust. I want to help you communicate about the tough stuff in life. As a queer person, I know how important it is to have a therapist who really gets you. When I work with individuals, I am passionate about supporting you in discovering who you are, authentically. I want to help you understand and heal from your past, find and express your boundaries, and separate out what is genuinely you and what society says you should be.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about co-creating a space where you feel inspired to explore and be your full, authentic self. Sharing the parts of ourselves that have been hidden away in a compassionate, accepting space can be transformational. Rather than telling you who you are, I trust that you are the expert of you, and I’m interested in helping guide you to your inner wisdom.
