About My Clients
Throughout your lifetime you encounter many experiences that negatively impact your emotions and feelings. You may feel anxious, lost, stuck in your own negative thoughts, criticizing yourself and worrying about what others think. The hardest thing to do is reach out for help. I provide a supportive environment to grow, gain insight, develop strengths, and improve coping skills to manage anxiety, difficult thoughts, life events, emotions and relationships. We aren't meant to do this alone.
My Background and Approach
As an experienced therapist with years of practice in CBT, I treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, help with life transitions, boundary issues, and relationship conflict. I provide a supportive environment to grow through trust, guidance, and empathy I utilize appropriate techniques and tools to alter negative thoughts and improve self-esteem.
