About My Clients
I work with individuals & couples those who are queer, trans/nonbinary, neurodivergent and disabled/chronically ill. I am passionate about supporting autistic and ADHD individuals, in a way that is affirming to your identities. I aim to be understanding of your neurotype and to work with your needs. I welcome relationships of all shapes and sizes whether you are monogamous or practice consensual non- monogamy, or would like to explore new ways to be in relationships.
My Background and Approach
I grew up as an undiagnosed AuDHD person, who is also queer and trans, in a conservative Mormon environment. My masking led me to try to conform to what people expected me to be. Learning about my AuDHD was like a light coming on after being in the dark for a long time. I strive to create a space that understands and affirms your unique struggles, experiences, and needs. As someone with an invisible chronic illness, I understand how deeply integrated ableism is in our society and how little recognition or understanding there is around the struggles of disabled people or the acknowledgement to combat ableism. I hope to create a nonjudgmental environment for people to discuss relational & sexual experiences and things they want to work through together. I theoretically lean towards using Narrative Family Therapy and Experiential Therapy, while also including knowledge from my interest in neuroscience by incorporating Interpersonal Neurobiology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I want to create a space where we can discuss your relationship from a nonjudgmental, sex, kink, and BDSM positive, gender and neurodivergent affirming, and antiracist lens. A quick about me so you know a little more before we meet: My SpIns (special interests) tend to revolve around botany, neuroscience, or art. I love learning about moss and fungi, and I also have a love for making and watching animations. Other things I like to do are hiking, playing board or video games, listening to music, and puzzles. I love animals, I have four cats and a dog. I’m excited to get the chance to get to know you and your interests as well. If you have a specific special interest that you enjoy, I’d love to discuss ways that we can incorporate this into our sessions. If you enjoy art or movement to explore emotions and storytelling, let me know and we can use these forms of communication in our work together. I
