My Background and Approach
Ever feel like the past is holding you hostage? As a NJ Licensed Associate Counselor, I help clients break free from the patterns of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with individuals and couples of all ages, specializing in reprocessing childhood experiences and navigating life's daily hurdles. Let's work together to create a future where you thrive, not just survive. My styles of counseling include, but are not limited to, client centered therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I strive to demonstrate for my clients the need for self-love and self-confidence while maintaining their daily routines and responsibilities to overcome day-to-day issues. I wish to encourage and uplift clients in an effort to build on their strengths and other goals they seek to achieve.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I approach my client situations from a client centered point of view, because I believe that no one knows you better than you! As someone who has struggled with my mental health in the past, I strongly believe that everyone is worthy of the therapeutic healing process and I am hopeful that my clients will learn to see that they are deserving of it as well.
