My Background and Approach
Our team of therapists are diverse in their training and backgrounds and well-versed in a number of different therapeutic approaches to offer you the type of individualized care you deserve.We provide you with the most effective and evidence-based treatment based on who you are and what your goals are. Coming from a humanistic lens, offering somatic, experiential, psychodynamically integrated care, our training is vast including techniques such as CBT, strengths-based and solution-focused, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, couples work and EFT and child play therapy. We off a complimentary 15 minute consultation with our new client coordinators to see if we are the best fit for your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Many truths can coexist - life is precious, fleeting and beautiful and life can be hard, challenging, dark at times and painful. We were not designed as humans to go it alone. We all need support, at one time or another and in varying degrees to learn how to not only process and overcome past hurts and wounds, but to learn how to get out of our own way and create the life we want to live.
