About My Clients
The hardest part of the process is often taking the first step toward growth and healing; because of that, I am genuinely glad you are here. I approach therapy with warmth and curiosity and wholeheartedly believe that with the right tools, we all have the capacity to thrive. I specialize in working with emerging adults, parents, and perinatal populations who are looking to alleviate themselves of stress, anxiety, and daily depressors. I am currently accepting new clients ages 18+.
My Background and Approach
I use a person-centered approach, letting you guide our journey; but also bringing in cognitive-behavioral techniques to give you concrete take-aways to implement outside of the therapy room. We will focus on implementing small changes in approachable intervals to better serve your overall well-being. I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to therapy. For that reason, I like to explore options with each client and adjust as needed. I can lead the sessions and challenge you, or I can be more of a listening ear and sounding board. We will discuss what works best for you.
