Your session time is your time to work through anything you want, at your own pace, without judgement. We all walk a unique path in this life and I will always support your individuality and what you want your life to look like, regardless of societal ideas of what that should be. I absolutely love celebrating successes with those I work with, and I enjoy seeing people’s faces light up with pride in their achievements. Seeing a person grow before your eyes is an amazing thing.
My Background and Approach
That said, everything isn’t always rainbows. I also offer comforting support for individuals during times of struggle. Everyone faces challenges at some point, and these times can feel extremely difficult and lonely — having someone to talk to in those moments can make a huge difference. No matter if its a good day or a bad day, I will show up for you the way YOU need, without my own agenda.

I am an advocate for being 110% your true self, and learning how to get there. People have described me as down to earth, non-judgmental, and realistic. I am here for you to challenge and help you grow into the best version of yourself, navigating all of the pain and judgement that life might have thrown, or is still currently throwing your way.
