About My Clients
My primary focus centers around relationships and diversity/multiculturalism. While I do a lot of couple and marriage counseling, relationships are more than those that are physically intimate in nature. I also focus a lot on the needs of women specifically those of African American women and the unique needs that we have. I would love the opportunity to support you on your journey!
My Background and Approach
The most important aspect of therapy is that you, the client, feel both safe & heard. I pride myself on providing an environment that fosters both safety and growth. I believe that the therapeutic process is a journey and it is one that I will willingly take with you. I believe that this process should be a collaborative effort between you and me. My therapeutic style is uniquely tailored to the needs of each client to help them achieve their goals. Although the therapeutic process varies for each client, my role remains the same and that is to guide, encourage, and support you while you are on your journey.
