About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults who find themselves experiencing issues that often stem from anxiety, trauma, burnout/stress, life transitions, depression, family-of-origin problems, and relationship concerns.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, it is my priority to offer you a space free of judgment to process, explore, and understand who you are on a deeper level. I will always meet you where you are and work with you to untangle and make sense of any patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that may no longer be helpful. Through my clinical experience at a nonprofit organization in Texas and a private group practice in Brooklyn, I've assisted individuals from diverse backgrounds with various concerns. I am currently pursuing a two-year training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Psychoanalytic Association of New York, which has offered a space to continue to deepen, learn, and grow in my practice as a therapist.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapeutic style can be described as collaborative, warm, and curious. In our work together, you can expect to explore and better understand the roots of patterns, thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs that keep you feeling stuck, all while gaining deeper insight into who you are. As my practice has expanded and developed over time, the most crucial aspect that remains unchanged is the therapeutic relationship between my patients and me. I strongly believe that the relationship developed in the therapy space forms the fundamental foundation for the healing process and growth.
