They may seeking be support because they are feeling stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, and exhausted as they carry the weight of one, or all of these experiences. Together, we will work to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as address any patterns that you feel may be inhibiting your ability to reach your goals.
