Symptoms and stress from the pandemic and beyond has caused our lives to change in so many different and unique ways. Welcome home, I can provide you with a safe space to begin the path to your healing. Mental health is as important as physical health with you at the center. I have a passion for working with young to older adults. The breadth of my experience has included people with dynamic experiences. Depression, anxiety, grief, college and life stress are just a few areas where I could help.
My Background and Approach
I am a New Jersey native and have over 17 years of professional experience working in various clinical and supportive facilities such as Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Outpatient Treatment, State Residential Treatment Centers, Community Mental Health Clinics, Employee Assistance Programs, and Assisted Living centers. I have been a Texas Board Approved Supervisor for LPC Associates for the past 6 years. I also value the art of helping people seeking to enter this field, if you have specific questions, just ask. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I especially enjoy working with members of the neurodivergent community as well as LGBTQ. I enjoyed helping young adults and beyond in managing life transitions and other life stressors.
