If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed I liked to focus on helping you find goals and a treatment that really works to get your feeling peace again. Finding the right therapist can be difficult, I strive to make sure I can provide a comfortable, warm, and trusting environment to cultivate change. I want to continue to help you have a deeper understanding of who you are and heal. As stated above, I focus on helping women with anxiety disorders and LGBTQ+ issues.
My Background and Approach
I do my best to be real with my clients and create a treatment that we can work on together. I focus on being completely client centered in my approach, however, I focus on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. We will work together to find what really works for you!
