Therapy isn’t about fitting you into a mold - in our work together, I’ll meet you where you are to explore what’s important and what works for you, help you develop self-acceptance and agency, and support you in taking action toward a life that feels both fulfilling and aligned with your values. Long before becoming a therapist, I was a special education teacher and then spent eight years working as a college and career counselor. These experiences shaped my passion for helping people navigate challenges, pursue personal growth, and celebrate their authentic selves.
