Accepting Clients

I believe the most effective therapy begins in a trusting and judgment-free zone — a space where you feel safe being honest with yourself.

About My Clients

My clientele includes individual teens, adults, and couples (including many LGBTQIA+ folks) who are seeking more meaningful and lasting connections. Some may be grieving a loss. Others may experience anxiety and find themselves overthinking most decisions both big and small. Many of my clients struggle with intimacy, often rushing or struggling in romantic and sexual relationships - and sometimes avoiding them altogether.

My Background and Approach

Together we will explore your struggles, fears, and feelings of being "stuck." I am here to help you discover alternative ways of existing that feel in alignment to your true Self, whether this looks like improving your relationships, increasing intimacy, developing better communication skills, or setting healthy boundaries. You are not alone in this process. Together, we can identify how to use your uniqueness and strengths to achieve your goals. My goal as your therapist is to actively listen and collaborate, applying curiosity and empathy while gently challenging you when appropriate. Our conversations may include exploration of past events, current stressors, and how to achieve a more fulfilling life. I have several years of experience working with adults at the LGBTQIA+ Center at Airport Marina Counseling Service, as well as with adolescents and teens through the LAUSD. I hope to make the process of finding the right therapist as seamless as possible.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
