With over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist, I've worked in varying settings with diverse populations. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relational issues with family, partners, work peers, and friends. I'm also dedicated to serving the LGBTQIA+ community. My Background and Approach
Having been in therapy myself, I understand the daunting task of confronting the parts of ourselves that we've long suppressed or hidden away. My approach is built on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, without fear of criticism or rejection. By fostering a relationship grounded in trust, open-minded curiosity, and client empowerment, I’ll support you to take an active role in your therapy. Together, we'll explore innovative strategies to achieve your goals—every step of the way. My job is to help you see the changes that are possible by assessing and implementing different interventions, as well as using coping and self-care skills to assist in making those changes a reality.
