My Background and Approach
Whatever you are struggling with I seek to offer a safe place to explore and grow. I offer a collaborative approach to therapy where issues are examined without judgment to gain a better understanding of where you are and how to progress and grow moving forward. I utilize an affirming approach. I have an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology. I also have the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential and am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in an affirming approach to therapy. Furthermore, I believe you are the expert of your own life/ experiences and that I serve as a collaborator with you to help you improve the areas that are affecting you. I offer an affirming space to work through issues across the spectrum of mental health.
