About My Clients
I specialize in providing psychotherapy in a safer and affirming space for individuals from historically marginalized groups. My practice is located in Minneapolis, MN, on occupied Dakota and Anishinaabe ancestral lands. Many of my clients identify as part of the queer/trans/nonbinary community and/or as Black, Indigenous, or people of color.
My Background and Approach
My work is most influenced by attachment theory, contemporary psychoanalytic theory, and anti-oppression frameworks. I am sex-positive, sex worker–friendly, kink-allied, and well-versed in alternative relationship structures. I practice from an anti-oppression, body-neutral, feminist lens. I have speciality training in perinatal mental health and lived experience as a queer non-gestational parent.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I've worked with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, exploration of gender and sexuality, neurodivergence, and complex trauma. I have extensive experience and thoroughly enjoy working with graduate students and academics. I also support people navigating queer/trans fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period, especially non-gestational parents.
