As a therapist, I aim to provide a collaborative environment filled with authenticity and support. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental to gaining trust and fostering growth. I meet clients where they are, offering empathy and a nonjudgmental space. My eclectic approach to therapy offers a personalized experience, catering to clients’ unique needs and goals. I help clients learn coping skills using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to increase self-esteem, improve relationships, set healthy boundaries, process emotions, and overcome times of crisis.
