Life can take unexpected turns, oftentimes leaving us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just plain lost. Whether you’re struggling with burnout, questioning the next steps in your relationship, learning the ropes of a new life role (parent, caregiver, student, professional, etc.), considering a career change, adjusting to someone’s absence in your life, or just trying to figure out how to be a functioning human being while wading through the stressors of life, I’m here to help.
My Background and Approach
As a psychologist, I’ve been trained in a number of research-based, trauma-informed approaches to effectively address most mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a person, life has trained me to prioritize building genuine connections with other people, including my clients. I may not have all the answers to life’s toughest questions, but as your therapist I am committed to meeting you where you are, making space for all of your identities and lived experiences, helping you unlearn unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and reconnecting you to your most authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist, because I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, to feel safe, and to feel empowered, especially in systems that have not always been designed to give everyone equal access to the resources and opportunities needed to build a good life.
