My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, trusting, and comfortable space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. I believe that our past experiences and relationships shape how we view and engage with the world today, and help clients achieve insights about the origins of their symptoms. In order to achieve that goal of experiencing a deeper understanding of our sense of self, I provide clients with concrete coping strategies to help ease various emotional difficulties in the present moment that might be clouding the way we view ourselves, our relationships, current difficulties in life, and the future.
