About My Clients

My areas of specialization include working with those who experience and are looking for support with chronic illness/pain, trauma-related dissociative symptoms, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergent individuals, and those who have experienced complex trauma. I work with clients in both an individual and relationship capacity using an attachment lens, and my therapeutic passions include helping others obtain a deeper understanding of their relationships and nurture connection.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Georgia. I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach to the therapeutic environment, which means I offer individualized care that emphasizes the inherent strengths and capabilities of my clients. I offer a compassionate, affirming, and non-judgmental space for us to work together, and I practice with a lens of radical acceptance and compassion. My therapy style incorporates components of multiple therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Relational-Cultural Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I am licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
