About My Clients
I have been providing support and treatment to those who struggle with anxiety, depression, past trauma, and attachment issues. I also enjoy working with parents who are motivated to build healthy attachments with their children, improve their own self-regulation, and challenge generational trauma that continues to affect relationships and experiences in present day.
My Background and Approach
As a counselor, I believe each person has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. My role is to help you access your inner strengths and resources to achieve your goals. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and gain insight into your life experiences. My approach to counseling is holistic and integrative, meaning that I draw on various theoretical perspectives and techniques to tailor my approach to your unique needs and preferences. Drawing on experience and training including CBT, EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT allows me tailor your treatment to fit your particular needs. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. I then went on to study at Grand Canyon University completing my Master's degree in professional counseling.
