About My Clients
As a mental health therapist, I have the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients who face unique challenges and struggles. Among the clients I serve are individuals grappling with substance use disorders, trauma survivors in need of trauma-informed therapy, neurodivergent individuals seeking understanding and support, and those navigating the complexities of borderline personality disorder.
My Background and Approach
I help clients with substance use disorders break the cycle of dependency by offering a safe, non-judgmental space to address underlying issues and develop sustainable recovery strategies. Using a trauma-informed approach focused on safety, trust, and collaboration, I help clients regain a sense of control, navigate their trauma, and build resilience to reclaim their self-worth and empowerment. I celebrate the strengths and challenges of neurodivergent clients, creating an inclusive space that respects their individuality. By acknowledging and supporting diverse ways of thinking and processing information, I help neurodivergent clients harness strengths, overcome barriers, and promote self-acceptance. I help those with Borderline Personality Disorder navigate challenges in relationships, emotions, and self-image with empathy. By fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills, I empower clients to lead more balanced and fulfilling lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I firmly believe in the resilience and capacity for change within each individual. Many of the people I work with have grappled with low self-esteem and negative core beliefs, often feeling that change is an unattainable goal. I'm here to tell you that change is possible, and I'm eager to support you in finding peace and healing. You are truly worth it!
