My Background and Approach
Like many, I became interested in psychotherapy to heal my own wounds, trauma, and failed relationships. I studied clinical psychology in Germany for 6 years ( Diplom Psychologin) focusing mostly on CBT and Logotherapy. In the US, I earned a Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy.
