My approach fosters a collaborative therapeutic relationship that includes education, skill-building, and support. Meeting clients with warmth, acceptance, and genuine empathy, I create a safe space to explore and discover. Specializing in issues of anxiety and trauma, I create a nurturing atmosphere of growth. I take a holistic approach using evidence-based processes, most frequently using Emotion-Focused Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Humanistic Psychology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of therapy to transform and unlock the inherent resilience and strength of every individual. I believe in the inherent worth of every human being, that life is hard, and that no one can do this alone. I find meaning in helping people work through struggles and know that one person’s healing can have a positive impact on those around them too!
