Specializing in individual therapy for adolescents and adults aged 13+, my primary focus centers on trauma recovery and fostering a connection with one's body. I am EMDR trained and provide EMDR services in-person or virtually. My approach includes skill-building interventions aimed at enhancing emotional regulation, mindfulness, healing attachment systems, and addressing challenges related to relationships, anxiety, stress, burnout, and neurodivergence.

Currently pursuing LPCC licensure, I bring years of experience including ARMHS, CTSS, in-home therapy, school-based therapy, and outpatient therapy
