About My Clients
You deserve a therapist that truly sees you. As a non-binary, ADHD therapist, I specialize in working with queer adults and those navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're fighting against your own brain, I get it—and I can help. My approach is warm, affirming, and practical; I blend real strategies with deep insight to create lasting change. Therapy with me is collaborative, sometimes challenging, and often infused with humor.
My Background and Approach
I’ve spent nearly a decade in mental health and social work, starting in child and family services before shifting to adult outpatient therapy. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed care, but my greatest strength is seeing you—fully and without judgment. I meet you where you are and help you find a way forward that feels both achievable and meaningful. Therapy with me is a balance of directness, empathy, and collaboration, creating a space where real change can happen while you feel deeply supported. My lived and professional experience shape my work, allowing me to offer insight, practical tools, and a therapeutic relationship built on trust. Together, we’ll navigate what’s holding you back and build a path toward healing that actually works for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Who am I? I’m a queer, neurodivergent human who has walked my own path of growth and healing. My personal journey—including therapy, self-discovery, and work with plant medicines—deeply informs my approach. I believe healing happens in relationships, and the therapeutic connection we build can be just as transformative as the work we do together. I bring authenticity, care, and humor into sessions, creating a safe space for you to wrestle with life’s challenges while feeling truly seen. Growth isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. My greatest passion—both personally and professionally—is helping others learn, heal, and step into their most aligned, empowered selves.
