My Background and Approach
I use a relational and systemic approach, believing that much of our suffering exists due to the systems & cycles we are stuck in - chosen or not. I tend to be an active participant with you in therapy, by engaging in dynamic conversation, gently challenging thought processes, and helping you utilize the strength and knowledge already within you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Being a psychotherapist is my job title and professional passion, but overall, I am a human that believes making small changes in your life over time makes a big impact, not only in your life, but in the world around us.
