About My Clients

Do you find yourself overthinking? Are you worried that what you do won't be good enough? Anxiety can interfere with our happiness, and I want to help you learn how to challenge those belief systems that are no longer serving you. Together, we'll work toward bringing you the clarity and peace of mind you're looking for.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience in seeing individuals, teens, and kids. As a trauma-informed and queer-friendly therapist, I provide a space where you can explore your experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that no longer serve you, challenge limiting beliefs, and redefine your sense of self in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everything in life is a choice—even how we respond to our emotions—and that everyone has the power to create meaningful change when they are ready. As a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQ+ community, I deeply value authenticity and connection, which I bring into my work with clients. My personal journey through therapy taught me how to overcome anxiety and depression and showed me how transformative support can be. Becoming a therapist allows me to help others in the same way my therapist helped me, fostering growth, resilience, and self-compassion in a safe and inclusive space.
