My Background and Approach
Being a human being is complicated, complex, and can sometimes be overwhelming. I can meet you where you are, and together identify where you would like to go, and what parts of yourself you would like to call forward. I can help you explore your inner world, and help you connect your internal experiences to your external experiences. I work well with depression, anxiety, developmental trauma, inner-dynamics, and relational dynamics. I hold space for intersectional identities. You don' t have to be one thing, or move through the world in just one way. Together we can remember your inner richness, and bring those forward. I am an inclusive, queer person of color who feels comfortable working with adults, couples, and children from all different backgrounds. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with you where you are at. I hold the value of subjective experience, that truth is a plurality, and that I am here to support you in becoming the human being that you want to be. The path to healing has many roads. I am inclusive. Black lives Matters, Trans lives Matters, and late stage capitalism as a system is destroying the earth.
