Because of that, I believe that while we are still alive, we have at least two solutions for every problem. However in the midst of a stressful situation, we can forget all about this. I tailor my sessions according to my client’s needs.

And I aply a strength-based approach to try to bring the best out of you. I use Positive Psychology techniques, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Short Term Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other methods according to my client’s style and personality. I also use Tapping and other alternative treatments depending on my client's needs. It all depends on what you want and need. I compare my therapy style as “You are the driver in a car and I am your co-pilot with the GPS.” You tell me where you are going and I will be there to encourage and support you so you can make safe turns, returns, stop spinning your wheels, and move forward with your life.
