My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I think it is so important for each client to feel completely accepted in my practice. I provide a judgement free zone when providing therapy and come from a very empathetic and warm place. My goal is to not provide an easy fix but really work together with my clients to find the root cause of their current issues in order to find the freedom and self love that has been missing in their lives. My area of expertise is serving clients who have anxiety / depression, in the crossroads of significant life changes, relationship issues, codependency / perfectionism, self esteem issues, career change, and mostly clients who are tired of living a life with no spark and joy.
