About My Clients
I have worked with clients across the life span in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, lgbtqia+ issues, women's issues, parenting difficulties, life transition concerns as well as crisis intervention.
My Background and Approach
I use evidenced based treatment practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy along with elements of strength based therapy, holistic therapy and mindfulness. I am extremely warm and calm, and am genuinely invested in helping each patient reach their potential. My deep sense of empathy lends itself to developing strong therapeutic relationships with her patients—a very necessary component of the healing process.

I believe that everyone deserves to be genuinely cared for and listened to without fear of judgment. I am open to all kinds of individual differences and support individuality.
