My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating Personality Disorders as well as Anxiety and Mood Disorders. I utilize core mindfulness, self-compassion and emotion regulation skills in my approach with all clients. With a background and certification in Integrative Health Coaching, I understand how complex medical issues, reproductive justice and trauma impact mental health. In treatment with me, you will be invited to explore all areas of health to promote lasting recovery and wellness. My passion is in witnessing the resiliency of the human spirit. I believe that the therapy process is one of collaboration and focus-driven outcomes. My intention is to assist you in moving toward your optimal health by uncovering your wisdom and developing new skills. I appreciate each individual as a whole person including desire for change, life experience, personal values, preferences, balance and overall state of health.

I am an avid supporter of the reproductive justice movement, an ally in the LGBTQIA community and passionate about the connection between our physical and mental health.
