I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with low self-esteem, experiencing challenging relational dynamics—whether with partners, friends, or family members—and managing pivotal life changes, such as career decisions, academic challenges, relocations, and personal growth. Many of my clients grapple with questions of self-worth and identity. We will work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, build a strong sense of identity, develop healthier communication, boundaries, and conflict resolution skills, and empower you to build long-lasting, fulfilling connections.
