About My Clients
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety and/or sometimes experience big feelings that they have a hard time knowing how to manage. My role is to help equip you with the skills needed to improve your interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, and ability to tolerate and cope with the stress and challenges of life. Many of my clients have been individuals with Autism spectrum disorder, LGBTQ+ populations, & individuals with trauma histories.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy with warmth, empathy and a genuine desire to support my clients on their unique journeys. My style is collaborative and client-centered, as I believe the client is the expert on their own life. Since I was a child, I have thrived on connecting and having deep discussions with others. I am authentic, am not afraid to have a sense of humor and personality, and ultimately strive meet my clients where they are. Rather than talking the talk, I prefer to walk the walk; my ideal client would ideally appreciate this approach and be looking for a therapist who is willing to grow and learn through the therapeutic relationship with them, just as you will grow.
