My own identities—deeply inform how I hold space. I understand how painful it can be to feel unseen, misunderstood, or asked to shrink in order to be accepted. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about honoring your lived experience and co-creating space where you can show up fully, without explanation.
My Background and Approach
Clients often describe our work as spacious, creative, collaborative, and emotionally grounding. I draw from expressive arts, narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), feminist and decolonial frameworks, and somatic practices to shape care that’s flexible and responsive to you. When we work together, you can expect a warm and thoughtful space where your insights, pacing, and self-trust are honored. You don’t have to over-explain to be understood. You get to just be—and together, we’ll explore what healing and liberation can look like for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in relationship—in spaces where we are seen, heard, and held without needing to explain or justify who we are. I believe every person deserves access to care that honors their complexity, celebrates their identity, and respects their lived experience. I believe that therapy should not require performance. You don’t need to have the right words, the perfect history, or the language of healing to be supported here.You can come as you are—tender, tired, unsure, searching—and still be deserving of care. I believe in co-creating spaces that are responsive, not rigid. I believe that emotional, sensory, and cultural safety are essential for meaningful change. I believe that your insight, your pacing, and your truth matter. I believe in honoring the wisdom you already carry, and in slowing down enough to hear it. I believe healing is nonlinear- It’s a rhythm, a return, a remembering. It’s messy, beautiful, difficult, and possible.
