About My Clients
Many of my clients struggle to manage all of the tasks they have to do in a day. If things like bathing, cleaning your home, working, and preparing meals feel exhausting, you may want to give occupational therapy a try. Being able to do the things you value is essential. You will learn new strategies and make adaptations so you can feel safe, organized, and functional at home. If you feel overwhelmed, you are not alone. Let's make your place work for you!
My Background and Approach
During sessions, we discuss your specific challenges and collaborate to find practical ways to support your daily life. Here are some examples of ways occupational therapy can help: Make a plan for home and personal care tasks, create a relaxing bedtime routine to help with sleep, set up systems to help you stay organized (e.g. mail, laundry, the refrigerator), learn strategies to stay on top of tasks, modify your environment to help you take all your medications, set up a calm zone at home, or discuss a plan for requesting school or work accommodations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My mission is to help others engage more fully in the lives they desire.
