My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You have made the decision to seek therapy at this time in your life, and for that reason, I place a lot of responsibility on myself to create and provide a safe and healing environment to assist you in navigating this journey. I approach my role as a therapist from a place of meeting someone where they currently are in life, and working together to identify the best plan to help you achieve your goals. I believe that therapy should be warm and inviting, because it is scary sometimes to address issues that make life difficult. I like to approach my role as a therapist from a place of understanding, compassion, and sometimes some humor.
