As a dedicated Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, we will work together to identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to improve your emotional well-being and quality of life. These methods have been shown to work, and I tailor CBT skills to your specific needs. Using a compassionate, person-centered approach, I work with clients to achieve their unique goals for therapy.
My Background and Approach
Based on my work and research at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, I think about well-being through a biological, psychological, social, structural, and cultural lens. In addition to providing CBT-based psychotherapy, I also utilize motivational interviewing, acceptance-based skills, mindfulness, relaxation, and communication skills. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth, and provide affirmative care to individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, cultures, and religions.
