About My Clients

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes—whether it’s anxiety, depression, or the weight of life’s challenges. If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or just need someone to truly listen, you’re not alone. My clients are people ready to make sense of their emotions, find relief, and take steps toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back and build the tools to move forward with confidence.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2015 after completing dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology and Justice Studies. My career has allowed me to work in diverse treatment settings, including acute inpatient facilities, outpatient programs, public behavioral health services, medical centers, and the Phoenix VAMC. I work with individual adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and general stress. I also focus on women’s issues and am proud to serve as an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist, offering a safe and welcoming space where everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to meet your unique needs. I integrate methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to empower you in achieving your goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy works best when it feels authentic—so I bring my genuine self to every session, making therapy a relatable, collaborative process. As a therapist, I believe in the power of authenticity, compassion, and connection to create meaningful change. I am deeply committed to social justice and equity, and my work reflects my dedication to creating safe, affirming spaces for individuals from all walks of life. As an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist and ally, I am passionate about supporting the community in navigating life’s challenges while celebrating their unique identities. My values are rooted in the belief that everyone deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life. I bring these values into my therapy practice by fostering an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My ultimate goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and empower you to live authentically.
