About My Clients

As BIPoC / LGBTQIA2+ do you feel unheard or alone? Judged or tired of issues in the family? Frustrated with Cultural / societal factors that nobody seems to understand? Feel like you don’t belong? Or don’t feel anything at all? Maybe you question who you are? Are you tired of people who "know what's best for you" / want you to live life the "right way" (instead of your own way)? Do these issues bring you stress? Sleepless nights? Sadness throughout the day? Anxiety or avoiding family contact?

My Background and Approach

As a BIPoC, LGBTQIA2+, cis-womxn, the core of my work is non-judgmental and culture-centered, anti-racist and anti-oppression, and powered by social justice and inclusivity. Working with me you can expect me to authentically attuned, non-judgmental, curious and compassionate- always. I bring my authentic self to sessions incorporating a judgment free - trauma-informed lens, curiosity, directness, humor, and culture with an invitation to bring your true self too. The therapeutic environment is authentic, non-judgmental, collaborative, interactive, empathetic, and filled with compassion and support. In my approach is eclectic, much like the beautiful complexities of the human experience, my belief is there is no one size fits all modality. Thus, I pull from different approaches and modalities to collaboratively tailor your treatment that best suits what you uniquely respond to best.
