Giving clients the space to be heard and have a say in their treatment is a key part of my therapeutic method. A straightforward approach and humor are utilized in sessions to establish trust and comfort in the therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with trauma, mood disorders, suicidal ideation & self-harm, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that what has happened to us does not define who we are, but it does influence our coping skills when we are emotionally dysregulated. One of the most important parts of therapy is meeting the client where they are every session, and recognizing that this may look different each time we meet. I work hard to make sure that my clients feel like I am a safe and supportive person in their corner.
