About My Clients
I offer support around anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, life transitions, traumatic experiences, creative blocks, burnout, improving relationships, and contemporary existential crises. I am particularly interested in mindfulness, attachment, and neurobiological perspectives in therapy. Because of my background as an artist, I enjoy working with other creatives, and helping people tap into their innate creativity. I am bilingual in English and French.

My goal is to help you lower your stress threshold, honor pain, find meaning, and build resiliency. I believe integrating emotional work into self-care is an important way to not only care for ourselves, but also for our loved ones and the greater collective. We are all still emerging from a difficult past several years marked by uncertainty and grief, and we could all benefit from some extra support.
